1. Unless otherwise specified in the notice or decision that you are appealing, Directorial Committee must receive your appeal within 60 calendar days of the date on the written notice. Staff appeals must be filed within 30 calendar days of the decision's date. You may not appeal if it has been less than 72 hours since your punishment.

2. To the appeal letter, please include a copy of the notice/decision that you are appealing. If you do not give a copy of your notice/decision, the appeal procedure will be delayed & may be cancelled.

3. If your appeal request is accepted by the Appeals Team, you will receive a confirmation message from appeals@thyroblox.com. You agree to be invited to a hearing for a further investigation on the decision.

 

4. You will receive a letter outlining why your appeal request was denied if the Appeals Team does not accept your appeal. The letter will be mailed to the address listed in your appeal request.
 

5. While your appeal is pending, you must notify the Appeal Teams of any changes in your contact details, such as: Roblox Username, Discord Username/ID, Email. If we are unable to contact you, your appeal may be denied or dismissed without further investigation.
 

6. Appeals Team can take up to 14 calendar days to review your appeal & submit the decision. You are not permitted to request the status of your appeal unless 14 days have passed since the appeal request date.
 

7. Remain respectful during the appeal process, anything you say can be used against you. Disrespectful or trolling behavior will result in a blacklist from appealing, meaninig, you will be banned permanently.
