Travel Tips
Sometimes it is difficult to take that first step to going a flight. You need to go through every detail and you are right… this can be a tiring process. When should I join the server? How early should I be at the gate? What do I if I disconnect from the game? We hear you! But don’t worry: all the answers to your questions can be found within the themed content categories listed under “Travel Tips”.
Tip#1 Join as early as you can
It is important that you secure your spot within the server, especially when it is a special flight (such as an inaugural flight.) These flights are often more packed than usual ones, and therefore it is always important you should get in-game!
Tip#3 Look on the departure boards

The departure boards are there for you to look and to inform you. Ensure to look for your flight and what your gate is, and when your flight departs! You don't want to miss your flight.
Tip#2 Load in
Wait until you fully load in the game. This will make your overall flight experience better and much easier. You may know when the game has loaded once every single decal, part and interface of the game is fully visible for you.
Tip#4 Laggy? Reduce graphics!
If your game is lagging a lot, ensure to reduce your graphics! This can be done by pressing the 'esc' button, and manually setting your graphics to level 1. Additionally, you may use the Turkish Airlines Side Panel, which can be found on the left side of your screen. Click the 'Performance' icon - this enhances to make your game less laggy.
Tip#5 Be at your gate on-time
At larger airports, especially Istanbul Airport, it takes quite a while to get to your designated gate. Ensure to be at your gate 5 minutes prior to boarding to avoid missing your flight! You may also use the Turkish Airlines Sidebar Panel's 'Run' function to make your character speed faster.
Tip#7 Remove special accessoires on your avatar
By special accessoires, we mean accessoires or clothing parts that are overly larger than your body, and/or items that include particles such as fire, stars, etcetera. This may disrupt the aircraft's overall functions and if we see you wear it, all your hats will be removed!
Tip#9 Ask for a sleeping kit

If your trip is quite long or if you're tired, do not hesitate to ask for a sleeping kit at your designated gate desk! We offer complimentary sleeping kits, neck pillows and earbuds.
Tip#6 Do not crowd the gate
Crowding the gate will only make the flight delay even more and will make the job of our personnel even more difficult. Ensure to sit down and wait patiently until boarding commences! Additionally, make sure to not encourage anyone doing this!
Tip#8 See someone suspicious? Report!

At Turkish Airlines Roblox, safety is our first and utmost priority. It is very important that we constantly keep our environment and flights safe, and it would help us a lot if you report someone that is suspicious! This includes people that troll, passengers that suddenly disappear and teleport to another part of the game, or passengers that suddenly are able to fly.
Tip#10 Use AI Staff (Istanbul Airport Only)

At Istanbul Airport, you may see our AI Personnel, with a bubble that you can click on. If you have any questions, try consulting them first! Your question might be answered by them.
